One of the goals of our center is to create a space for all friends of Ukraine to bring their ideas to life. There are many ways to collaborate—choose the one that suits you best or suggest your own! We are all here together with Ukraine in our hearts, and physically—in the state of Washington!

Toloka is not responsible for the event content of third-party organizers.

Toloka reserves the right to refuse space rental or collaboration at their discretion if the event is found to conflict with our values or principles.
​
Any event promoted or co-hosted by Toloka will be held exclusively in Ukrainian and/or English language.
Before you book
For Self-Organized Events

Check the calendar and submit your request. We will get back to you to discuss details of your booking

Toloka may optionally support your event by posting about it on Facebook and Instagram—but this must be arranged separately.

You pay for the rental 1 day before the event, including time needed for setup and cleanup
Volunteer Projects

If you’re organizing a nonprofit or community-focused event (e.g., a support group, fundraiser for a volunteer org, etc.), you can use any of the options above.

Toloka is happy to offer the space for free or at a reduced rate, as long as you follow the same rules as other self-organized events.
Co-Organized Events with Toloka

Collaboration is arranged with the Toloka Coordinator. Please email us first at info@tolokacenter.org.

Together, we decide on the date, format, or other support for your project.

Toloka creates the Facebook event and promotes it across our social media and local networks. We may fully or partially cover promotional and rental costs
Patron Priviledge

Every Adult or Family Patron of Toloka can rent the space for 4 hours per year free of charge. Please check the availability in the calendar and submit the form.

However, Patrons are still financially responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests before, during, or after the event.
