Kundalini Yoga Classes / Заняття з Кундаліні-Йоги

We’re happy to announce that free Kundalini Yoga classes will now take place at Toloka every Saturday.

We’ve wanted to create a space where you can regularly take some time for yourself, move your body, recharge, and step away from everyday routines. Now that opportunity is here.

The classes combine gentle physical exercises, breathing practices, and meditation. They are suitable for both those who already have yoga experience and those who would like to try it for the first time. No previous experience is required.

The next class will focus on how attention can influence our emotions and everyday state of mind.

Participation is free. Ages 18+.
